Hull (part 2)

Now the bow and the stern section has to be finished. Generally speaking the small parts do not fit very well. Hence a lot of trimming is necessary.

On the stern Part 94 has to be trimmed to fit with the flight deck. The bow section is more complex. The parts 139 (support of138) are to short.
I made new one with the proper length (Part 138 has to fit the markings on part 105). Every stiffener had to be adjusted to part 131 and 131. I used white glue to apply the stiffeners. Obey the markings for the pillars 115 (which are to thick).

I made the barrels of the main artillery from paper as shown. The rest of the construction is straight forward. After mounting the front batteries the
bow section may be glued to the main hull section.
