The Kit:
This model was presented by the YMJR-site of L. Hora as a FREE DOWNLOAD. (See URL below). The file is in PDF-format and has 2 A4-sized parts-pages and 1 manual-drawing. 2.4 Mb download-size. The print is of a very good sharp quality. As usual by Czech designs!
It represents a model of a Lancia rallye-car from the early 70's. Building was done during a vacation with limited tools: just glue, scissors, x-Acto and little touch-up-paint. No workbench, only the 'kitchen'-table just as papermodels are intended for. Back to basics!
Just by following the part numbers the construction shows no real problems for the average or some experienced builder. The manual-drawing only indicates were the parts are on the model, no exploded views or text. Little insight is sometimes needed.
Unfortunately a drop of water fell upon the rear-left of the model just before the photoshoot was done. The caused damage is noticeable just above the rearwheel. This show how sensitive the ink of my HP-printer is to water...
