As we expand the coverage of the magazine I would like to know what kind of models that the readers would like to see reviews off. I have been criticized, justly so, for leaning towards coverage of military aircraft and ships. It is for this reason that a have tried to bring editors on board for coverage of areas that I am not familiar with. At this time we have an editor of shipping and vechiles but I am still doing architecture which I am not really qualified to do. As soon as we can get an editor for this area I will gladly pass this on to who ever.
During the past month I have set about gathering as many different types of card models that I could. The idea is to have coverage for as many types of card modelers as possible. Over the next couple of months you are going to see not only models that have not been covered in the magazine but have not been seen in this country. Now the question becomes how do we know if this is the kind of models that you want to see reviewed?
The goal here is have you the reader determine what the content of the magazine should be. You can help by letting us know what articles or reviews that you like and which ones you would like to see. You can donate the types of models that you would like to see reviewed to the magazine. You can watch the Sell page on the Teuton server and buy the models we will offer after they have been reviewed. You can contribute articles or reviews of models that you build or collect to the magazine.
I welcome constructive criticism as I believe it can help you grow, and in this case help the magazine. But if the criticism is to constructive, I must know what it is. In some way you need to let me know what I am doing wrong or even right. Please take a look at the above paragraph again and participate in some way to make the Card Modelers Online magazine representive of all card modelers. Saul
