1/33 scale model of the U.S. Navy F4U-1A Corsair by Marek Pacynski. Model went together very well as all Marek's models do. This is a very detailed model, the cockpit engine, wheel wells and landing hook are very well done. The shape of the wing takes care and patience in order to get correct. The shape of the inverted gull wing shape on any Corsair model will show how well the model was designed. As you can see Marek just did a wonderful job on this model. I have build every Corsair model in all scales available and this one went together better than any of the others
Notice the detail on the engine and cockpit in the pictures. The canopy is one of the vacuformed canopies that Gomix offered. While Gomix does not offer the canopy for Mareks Model I used the canopy made for the ModelCard, Gryf or ModelFan Corsairs and the canopy fit just fine.
