Editorial
Saul H. Jacobs

We are seeing a steady increase in readership each month and we need to express our thanks to those who are making this magazine available for us. Without the support of the dealers that you see listed in the First Looks column, there would be no models to review and therefore no magazine. You can support this magazine by buying your models from these dealers. We now have supporters on both sides of the ocean so buy from where you can get the best deal but please support our supporters.

The staff is starting to take form at this time. We know have three editors, DeWayne Barnett who is doing general editing and proof reading. Jim Ballentine has taken the duties of Ship Editor and Neil Linnell the Vehicle Editor. We still need an editor to handle the architectural duties. This is the one area that I am very weak on and we desperately need someone to represent the builder of different types of architecture. If you would be interested in assuming the responsibilities for this area pleas contact me at saulj@teuton.org.

We also have several people who are regularly contributing articles, DeWayne has his humor section, Rich Borg is doing a column on models you would like to see. We will soon see some articles on "work arounds" from Jim Nunn. I would like to see several of you step up and start columns on basic building techniques for the different areas. I have had several requests from people for this and it would be a great contribution to the card modeling world.

Looking at the stats, it appears that we are running well ahead of last months readership. I would like to express my thanks to all those who are involved in producing the magazine. A special thanks to the dealers/designers who are keeping us in business.
