Score along parallel black tire tread edges using back of Xacto Blade and straight edge.
Cut sharks teeth and remove tire tread from parts sheet.
Cut out front and back wheel discs.
Roll tire tread around smooth Xacto handle.
Bend sharks teeth on one side only.
Add glue while placing tread around wheel disc.
Use a small diameter dowel to position and press sharks teeth so that the tire will fit around the wheel.
Bend opposite side sharks teeth and glue other disk shaping with your fingers.
After the wheel has had time to dry finish it with a sanding stick.
Blacken edges with a sharpie pen.
